The Simplest Things

First let me tell you that I will post some pictures up later today for fun after I get my camera working again properly. I woke up at 7:00am this morning to look outside. It is my day off first and foremost! That is always a great start to the day. It is supposed to be like 77 degrees today and it is sunny. what more can you ask for to wake up to? Aiko (my puppy for those that don’t know) is always a great joy in the morning as she wants to be lazy but always has to be in the middle of the action.

Aiko''s Sweater

Who can say no to that cute face? The sweater she is wearing was actually a hand made gift from my grandma to Aiko.  Who says art doesn’t run in the family?  Stay tuned later today for some pictures and keep checking back on the main website at http://www.studionathan.com as I get it finished up in the next few days!

Finally…

I am finally getting my website up and going, along with this blog.  With this blog you should be able to get a bit of insight about me as a person and as an artist/photographer.  As a photographer I sometimes see the simplest things up close and in a new and different way.  Traveling takes on a whole new meaning.  It is no longer just the sights and sounds but instead the lighting, the color and the shadows.  Those 3 play such an integral part of any good photograph…almost like the 3 points of a triangle.  Stay tuned for exciting pictures of travels and previews of new work that will be featured on Studio Nathan Design, along with the aspects of my life.
